That is to say, we believe that in doing "good", we can all do well - in business and in life. To that end, our promise and commitment to our clients, the Courts, opposing parties and counsel, and the public at large, is to provide excellent and ethical legal services in line with good business practices. We recognize that we are not only a law office, but are also a business, and as such, we are cognizant of the needs and desires of other businesses - to receive not only competent legal services, but also sound business advice.

Accordingly, our goal is to educate and counsel our clients so that they may make sound legal decisions that also benefit their businesses; rather than to blindly and uniformly advocate lengthy and expensive litigation, which often times may needlessly and unnecessarily drain and deplete business assets, and only benefit the attorney's "billing the file."

We also take great pride in our community involvement, and in our efforts to constantly improve and better the practice of law, the society in which we practice and live in, and the lives of all whom our actions touch and affect.

In sum, we are unique from many law firms in that we are not here to make a living off of you, but rather, to make a living with you; and we hope that this will be the beginning of a long and mutually profitable and successful relationship
